As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, develop and maintain applications that support operations and process improvement, and act as a liaison between I/S teams and business areas to resolve technical issues. Additionally, you will support system testing, upgrades, and implementations while assisting business partners through transitions to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Base Salary: $57,500 - $70,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
  • Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains business solutions for projects.
  • Ensures appropriate security and privacy measures are in place while improving, reducing, or eliminating manual processes and/or transitioning the current processes to other teams to better align these responsibilities.
  • Provides options and recommendations to solutions consistently and proactively.
  • Works with internal experts to continue building investment knowledge and utilizes this knowledge to offer solutions to business partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • A knowledge of SQL program language.
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.  
  • Collaboration and people skills to be able to work with business partners to ensure we understand and are meeting the needs of the division.
  • Identifies and implements improvements that are efficient and effective solutions.
  • Considerable knowledge of finance, Customer Service, It Objectives and strategy.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with SQL and SSRS Reporting.
  • Familiar with data flow concepts.
  • A strong knowledge of technical environments,  technologies, applications, project and process functional in business environment.
  • Ability to research solutions and analyze data independently to provide recommendations.
